Have a professional review these Terms before you rely on them. HK Hitech Global is an unregistered business operating from Sangrur, Punjab, India, and runs this website at hkhitechglobal.com.
These Terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by HK Hitech Global ("we", "us"). By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide custom algorithmic trading software development, strategy automation, broker API integration, infrastructure setup, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing.
2. No investment advice — risk disclaimer
We are a software and engineering service. We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on this site or in our deliverables is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset.
Trading and investing in equities, derivatives, and crypto-assets involve substantial risk of loss. Automated systems can fail, and past or backtested performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, capital, broker relationships, and regulatory compliance.
3. Bookings and payments
Consultations are booked through this website. Payment is by UPI: you scan the QR code shown at checkout, pay from any UPI app, and send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp so we can verify it.
Your chosen slot is held as pending from the moment you book, and is confirmed only once we have checked that payment. A held slot is not a confirmed booking. If we cannot verify a payment, the slot is released and any money received is returned. We never ask for, see, or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials — the payment happens entirely inside your own UPI app.
Fees shown at checkout are payable in full to confirm a booking, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables is defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how remain our property.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Sangrur, Punjab.
